Dear Darlene,
This is a "first" for me. I am new to blogging, and I'm open to discovering the benefits it may provide.
For now, the motive to blog is simple; I am following instructions for our first assignment.
The main point I received in our first session, was the need to develop my GPA; Goal - Purpose - Audience. I think once I clearly define my GPA, I will be clear about what I expect from the remaining sessions. In an attempt to avoid procrastination, a preliminary GPA using the "5 W's" is; to write a small book that shares my testimony of how God healed and restored me through dreams, visions and His confirming word,after my son passed by suicide three years ago. I don't think of myself as a writer, but God's word states that the devil is defeated by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. My story is one of trust, faith, and forgiveness and my hope is that it may give hope to others who are suffering from a severe loss. I want them to know that God will lead them through their pain and restore them. I want to encourage them to not give up. I was not able to conceive how to keep living, but God is able.
